Sara Whitman Bio

Sara Whitman is a Managing Director and Chief Culture Czar at Peppercomm, a strategic marketing and communications agency. Sara leads the talent management and human resources function at the organization. When she says people who join the firm can create their own careers, she’s speaking from experience. Sara started at Peppercomm as an intern and worked her way up and through the organization as a communications professional before shifting her career into Human Resources. In her role, Sara marries the organization’s business strategy, vision and structure with the skills, experience and interests of its staff. Sara is also a runner, an avid reader and mom to four vivacious children.
