Jessi McPherrin Bio
Jessi McPherrin currently serves as the Assistant Executive Director of Delta Phi Epsilon where she oversees membership growth, leadership and organizational development. Jessi’s research interests include organizational culture and behaviors, change management, and employee engagement and retention.
In Philadelphia, Jessi devotes much of her time to the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce and the Young Professional’s Council where she serves on the Professional Development Committee, providing educational and developmental programming to the young professional population of Philadelphia.
